Terms and conditions for the Bluebetz information site
Start playingThese terms govern your use of this site, not your account with the operator. Reading Bluebetz here means reading independent information about the brand; anything to do with your deposits, bonuses or withdrawals sits with the operator's own terms, not ours. By continuing to browse, you accept the terms below.
Reading these terms
This page applies to every visitor to this domain, whichever device or browser you use. It sits alongside our privacy policy and cookie policy, which cover data handling separately. Where the two overlap, the more specific document takes precedence.
What this site is, and what it is not
We publish information about Bluebetz's product, its licensing and its terms as we understand them from the operator's own published material. We do not process deposits, hold player funds, run promotions or settle bets. Any dispute over gameplay, a withdrawal or a bonus is a matter between you and the operator, not this site.
Acceptable use
You may browse and read this site for personal, non-commercial reference. You agree not to scrape, republish or redistribute our content without permission, not to attempt to disrupt the site's operation, and not to use the site if you are under 18+ or under the legal gambling age in your own jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- No automated scraping of pages or data
- No attempt to interfere with hosting, security or availability
- No use of the site by anyone under 18+
Intellectual property
Text, layout and original commentary on this site belong to us. Trademarks, logos and product names belonging to the operator remain its property, and their appearance here is descriptive, not a claim of ownership or affiliation. You may not copy substantial parts of this site for your own publication.
Limits of our responsibility
We take reasonable care over what we publish, but we cannot guarantee that every detail on this site matches the operator's current terms at the moment you read it — operators update their own pages independently of ours. We accept no liability for decisions made, or losses incurred, on the basis of information found here. Nothing on this site should be read as financial or gambling advice.
We are not liable for the availability, content or practices of any third-party site we reference, including the operator's own site or the responsible-gambling organisations we link to.
Links to third-party sites
Where we link to external organisations — regulators, support bodies, or the operator itself — we do so for reference only. Following those links takes you outside our control, and their own terms and privacy practices apply from that point.
Data protection
How we collect and use data from your visit is set out in our privacy policy, not repeated here. That policy covers the lawful basis for processing, your rights under UK GDPR, and how to contact us about them.
Minimum age
This site, and the subject matter it covers, is intended for adults aged 18+ only. If you are unsure whether gambling content is legal to view in your location, you should check your own jurisdiction's rules before continuing.
Service availability
We do not promise uninterrupted access to this site. Maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may make the site temporarily unavailable, and we are not liable for any inconvenience this causes.
Responsible gambling
If any part of this site's content concerns your own gambling, or someone else's, free and confidential support is available around the clock through GamCare on the National Gambling Helpline, 0808 8020 133, and through BeGambleAware.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site or the information it covers; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of its courts.
